Aviaticus was founded in 2024 to help organizations prepare for the agentic AI era - a shift where AI agents increasingly influence customer choice, purchasing decisions, and enterprise operations across marketing, loyalty, sales, procurement, and supply management.
We help organizations design the foundations required for this shift: data, product and content representation, decision logic, and operating models that allow AI agents to reason, act, and transact responsibly on their behalf. Our work spans enterprise data strategy, intelligent automation, semantic and product architectures, and leadership alignment - ensuring both the technology and the organization are ready.

Aviaticus is led by Martin Stolfa, a global executive with deep expertise in data strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change. With international leadership experience across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Martin has advanced enterprise data maturity, modernized loyalty platforms, and delivered sustainable growth at scale. Recognized for values-based leadership and building high-performing teams, he is a graduate of the IMD Business School Executive Program and a guest lecturer at UVA. Martin’s ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver measurable transformation has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and change leader.
