Aviaticus was founded in 2024 to help organizations prepare for the agentic AI era — a world where products, services, and experiences must be fully understandable to AI agents to compete and grow.

We build the data, content, and semantic foundations that make this possible, while also helping leadership teams align on strategy, build consensus across functions, and modernize processes for scale. Our work spans enterprise data strategy, intelligent automation, and omnichannel content and taxonomy design — the core capabilities that enable clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

The name Aviaticus reflects both a passion for aviation and a disciplined approach to business. Just as a pilot relies on strategy, adaptability, and precision to ensure a safe flight, Aviaticus applies those same principles to transformation. We bring the rigor of planning, the agility to adjust mid-course, and the focus on outcomes to help organizations navigate complexity and reach their destination with confidence.

Aviaticus is led by Martin Stolfa, a global executive with deep expertise in data strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change. With international leadership experience across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Martin has advanced enterprise data maturity, modernized loyalty platforms, and delivered sustainable growth at scale. Recognized for values-based leadership and building high-performing teams, he is a graduate of the IMD Business School Executive Program and a guest lecturer at UVA. Martin’s ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver measurable transformation has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and change leader.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at HOTCO 2026 in Vienna, January 26–27 - one of Europe’s leading conferences for hospitality investors, developers, brands, and innovators (hotconf.com).

My session, “The Agentic Shift: Redefining How Products and People Connect,” will explore how agentic AI is transforming the way hotels are discovered, evaluated, and chosen - by people and by the intelligent agents that increasingly represent them.

This isn’t about another technology project - it’s about a mindset shift that will redefine how hospitality products are understood, represented, and connected to customer intent across every stage of their journey.
